Boscoville
Annie Fournier has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families affected by sexual violence, complex trauma, and other forms of significant vulnerability. Trained in clinical sexology, she worked for many years at Marie-Vincent Foundation, where she was initially responsible for assessment, treatment, and clinical supervision, while actively contributing to the training of professionals across the province.
She has also contributed to several publications and scientific conferences on issues related to trauma in young people, particularly in relation to evidence-based approaches. She is appreciated for her clinical rigor, her ability to make complex concepts accessible, and her constant desire to advance psychosocial intervention practices.
Driven by a desire to broaden her impact, she completed an MBA and held management positions at Marie-Vincent Foundation and CAVAC de la Montérégie. This experience has allowed her to combine a keen clinical understanding with a strategic organizational vision.
Since 2021, she has been the Executive Director of Boscoville, an organization dedicated to prevention and psychosocial intervention. She draws on her clinical and strategic perspective to strengthen community capacities, stimulate innovation, and promote Quebec's expertise in the field of youth well-being.
