The Symposium is held in Montreal and broadcasted across Canada to bring together researchers, decision-makers, professionals from various child- and youth-serving sectors, students and the general public.

The Journal Watch brings together students, teachers, practitioners and decision-makers to examine the emerging literature on child and youth trauma.

The Child and Youth Trauma Online Portal provides a forum for knowledge exchange and acquisition across provinces and service sectors.

Analysis of practices & policies regarding child and youth trauma will be carried out through consultations to determine the best initiatives in Canada and their impact, as well as strategies for supporting professionals in the field.

Starting in 2023. A series of online and bilingual awareness-building campaigns, trainings and teaching modules on knowledge, best practices and policies on complex trauma, will be developed.

A call for proposals as been done and seed funding will be offered to members / partners of the Consortium for initiatives to evaluate new practices and policies in order to advance knowledge on child and youth trauma.
