Annie Grenier
CISSS de la Montérégie-Est
Annie Grenier is a criminologist who currently works as a planning, programming, and research specialist at CISSS Montérégie-Est. With over 20 years of experience in youth protection, she began her career as an educator for a decade before moving into a clinical support role. Passionate about her field, Annie is actively involved in implementing and sustaining trauma-informed approaches and the ARC model in residential units for youth with adaptation difficulties. In addition to her work in the field, she also shares her expertise as a trainer in trauma-informed approaches, first at the CIUSSS Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, then in Montérégie. Her contribution as a trainer, combined with her role as an implementation agent for these approaches, promotes the improvement of practices with highly vulnerable youth.
