Annie Ouellet

Annie is the CEO of Centre Résilia, an organization she founded to provide specialized trauma services based on best practices. Trained as a psychoeducator, she holds a bachelor's and master's degree in psychoeducation, as well as a certificate in psychology from the University of Sherbrooke, where she currently teaches a course on complex trauma.
With extensive experience in the field of interpersonal violence and child development, she has worked in community, school, and private settings before taking on strategic roles in the health and social services network, the civil service, and academia. Among other things, she contributed to the implementation of the Policy on Sexual Violence under Bill 151 and the rollout of the Agir tôt program.
She has acquired expertise in multisectoral project management, knowledge transfer, and entrepreneurship. She is committed to implementing sustainable and interdisciplinary practices, promoting innovative approaches that meet the needs of communities affected by trauma.
