Tatou Parisien is a social worker and psychotherapist. For nearly 15 years, she has worked at the Centre d’intervention en abus sexuel pour la famille (CIASF), a community organization in the Outaouais region recognized for its expertise in group intervention with child victims of sexual violence, their relatives, and perpetrators and their families.Over the years, she has held various roles within the organization, first as a therapist, then as clinical coordinator, and now as executive director. Her professional career demonstrates a deep commitment to the development of specialized clinical practices that take into account trauma and relational dynamics. Tatou has also contributed to the training of many professionals, the development of intervention programs, clinical supervision, and the implementation of innovative projects related to research and practice. An active member of various groups, she collaborates actively in various governance and sectoral reflection forums at both the regional and national levels. Within the Canadian Consortium on Child and Youth Trauma, she sits on the Practices and Policies Committee.
