COPE (Caregiver Online PsychoEducation) is a free, evidence-based online resource created in collaboration with clinicians, caregivers, and youth to support children recovering from trauma. The website offers trauma-informed educational videos, practical coping strategies, and downloadable tip sheets designed to guide caregivers and the professionals who support them. Many families face long waitlists for services or uncertainty about where to turn for help. COPE addresses this gap by providing accessible, clinician-led guidance that can be used at any stage — while waiting for treatment, alongside ongoing therapy, or as supplementary support.
